I am a senior architect interested in negligence, building faults, planning inquiries and appeals either as an expert witness or consultant.
During more than 35 years in private practice I have acted as expert witness in various matters as noted above giving evidence in both written and verbal form. I am familiar with the requirements of the court in presentation of proofs of evidence and I have been commended for my written and verbal presentations.
I have experience of being instructed by solicitors, of being led by counsel, cross-examination, planning inspectors and acting as an expert for local authorities.
I have been involved with various kinds of Alternative Dispute Resolution. My experience extends to both parties in disputes and I pride myself on responding promptly to meet deadlines.
